9 Month Project: SAP rollout/infrastructure upgrade and go-live
Working as the North America SAP Project Manager responsible for infrastructure, IT Acceleration managed the technical resources of a global manufacturing conglomerate. The offices were spread across the nation and are comprised of multiple business units. The project included upgrades to servers, data communications and peripheral hardware both in the various plants and corporate offices. Our involvement included working with various vendors, managing the work via local technical staff, and reporting to the business units. The success of this project was evident by means of adhering to the go-live schedule for the SAP rollout across North America.
