1 Year Project: New York City consulting office move and technology upgrade
Working with an international financial consulting firm, the principals of IT Acceleration managed a 1 year project that included the upgrade of the network infrastructure, servers, user workstations, applications and services that culminated in the office move of 325 users over a weekend. The success of this project was evident on Monday morning when the users are operational and did not report any project related helpdesk calls. Our time for post-move support was reduced from 1 week to a day and a half.
