1 Year Project: Mid-sized company network overhaul in preparation of document management system
The client deemed their network un-reliable and unstable to support the deployment of a company-wide document management system, Nu-Genesis. IT Acceleration was engaged to review the current status of the network and make recommendations to stabilize the infrastructure. This was achieved by consolidating the number of servers and upgrading the campus data communications. Within three months, the company's network stabilized and the planning for the Nu-Genesis deployment commenced. IT Acceleration was further engaged to manage the IT department and manage the infrastructure requirements for Nu-Genesis. The success of this overall engagement was evident in a dramatic drop in help desk calls and successful deployment of Nu-Genesis.
