IT Acceleration was proud to exhibit at two Paralegal events:

  1. Illinois Paralegal Association Fall Education Conference, November 5, 2008;
  2. The Philadelphia Association of Paralegals’ Education Conference, November 7, 2008.

IT Acceleration also served as a sponsor and speaker at the Illinois Paralegal Association Fall Education Conference. David J. Yarnall, President of IT Acceleration and Director of Forensic Computing, spoke on the topic of Forensic Front: Electronic Discovery – What Occurs Before Your Document Review.

This presentation reviews the requirements and challenges of properly defining and executing an electronic discovery or computer forensics engagement. It provides insight on how to better equip your legal team with tactics that can give your client a significant advantage when dealing with electronic data and computer activity analysis.
