HOW IT WORKS: The IT Acceleration Support Portal Remote Control system is highly secure and is completely controlled by you. It works by installing a very small app on your PC. You must then grant permission for us to remote onto your PC. You will be able to view the screen throughout the remote session. The keyboard and mouse will always default to your use and you can end the session at any time. Once the problem is resolved, the remote control app will be deleted from your PC.
